Meet Your Board Members

Almost all community developments have an HOA board of directors.

The board of directors is an elected position by the other members of your community. The members bear the responsibility to operate, repair, replace, and maintain the development’s common areas, owned in by all the development’s homeowners.

Typically the Boards of Directors are non-profit entities that operate only within the confines of a community.
